R&D Electrical Engineer at PepsiCo

Work Bio

Currently working as an R&D electrical engineer at the smart tech equipment department for PepsiCo.

I previously worked as an electrical engineering associate for Nanotronics Imaging, a robotics & artificial intelligence company based in Brooklyn, New York. At Nanotronics, I designed microcontroller-based circuitry and developed them onto full-PCBs using through-hole and SMT components. I wrote firmware for the microcontrollers, in C++, and developed accompanying user interface, in python.

Aside from my electrical engineering work, I also authored line drawings, cable assemblies, testing procedures and training guides. I collaborated with different engineers to assemble products for customers and for R&D.

Learning is both my strongest motivation and my biggest inspiration. My values adapt to the paradigm in which I thrive in; one that is disciplined, dynamic, empathetic, genuine, empirical and creative.

In my spare time, I like to do what I can to further learning for people of all ages, especially children, by volunteering to speak about my work and what does STEAM mean to me. I strongly believe in the power of the mind and the importance of teaching kids to master theirs at an early age.
