Caroline Eco

Caroline Eco is an electrical engineer and hardware lead for PepsiCo’s QuikPick team. QuikPick, an initiative under PepsiCo Global R&D Equipment Development, is the first PepsiCo Grab and Go cooler using CV and IoT technology. Caroline is leading a group of engineers in hardware development, validation, documentation and data analysis.

Her previous work in the semiconductor manufacturing industry involved designing and developing microcontroller-based circuitry utilized in controlling mechanical assemblies and testing manufacturing equipment. Back in school, she researched orbital space debris and satellite technology.​
